This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies likef Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

hello for cold you can put saline drop and use instant rub from babyhug.. and for fever you can give for paracetamol and it is always better to check with your doctor and get the medicine and the dosage prescribed accordingly which is better
