ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Not at all. Gripe water should not be used in babies.
It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
.....burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

no
as young babies digestive system is not fully developed ,it can cause Infection .
instead of it ,just take necessary precautions like burp your baby well after each feeding.
give massage to your child Everyday which will help to prevent stomach problems.
