Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. yes it is safe . Covid-19 vaccine can be safely taken by the lactating or feeding mother . And it is approved by the government of India also . For pregnant women you have to consult your gynacologist . In kids influenza vaccine is recommended as covid vaccine is still under trial .
