please give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day..
no gripe water or anything

Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort.
