Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

Its Completely your choice if you want to get it done there is no mandatory things that you have to get the vaccination done because chickenpox is going to happen one time in their life time it could be today tomorrow or sometime at the age of 20 or 40 years also you cannot be sure so if you want to get it done otherwise you can skip it also
