#AskTheExpert i want to know can i start doing excercise and dieting bcz my weight is increased post c section

A. dear mum you can begin with exercise after 4 to 6 weeks post delivery depending upon healing as advised by your gynecologist start with light exercise like brisk walk , kegel , pelvic exercise
