#asktheexpert I'm In 6 month of pregnancy during tiffa scan I found that my fetal has coarctation of the aorta in heart...dr advice surgery after birth ..can u suggest me about this

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. The cause of coarctation of the aorta is unclear. The condition is generally a heart problem present at birth (congenital heart defect). Rarely, coarctation of the aorta develops later in life.
so just have regular follow up

Hello this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too and better not to neglect about
