#asktheexpert i m a mother of 5 month baby suddenly my belly got loose n giving me problem while sitting n doing other work, does it need medication

A. hello doing walking n excercise can help reduce yiur belly fat...n also u should be having a healthy n nutritious well balanced food in the diet n will help in the growth of the child n no worries
