#asktheexpert I haven't got my period post 7 months of delivery. it's that anything to worry?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well you can just check the pregnancy and see.if mot then we can wait til weaning.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .

if you are nursing mother, then it is ok to not get periods or to get irregular periods.
so don't worry
it will regularise by own naturally.
just take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
