#AskTheExpert I have twins which are 1 month old. They have cold as whenever they breath it feels that they have cough with cold. Kindly suggest a best syrup for them

Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally
