#AskTheExpert i have been breastfeeding my baby since my delivery. i feel there is insufficient milk supply. my breasts are light and when i try to express, very little milk is only expressed.i tried cluster feeding, had nuts and milk for the past few days, but nothing seem to work. and my baby cries in short intervals. worried. can you help?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. baby is 3 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there... Or have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. increase the water intake and drink milk which are very good for breast milk production
