#AskTheExpert I have a baby boy of 4 yrs old .he is very energetic and active but he is very uninterested to take any food.giving very much troubles to eat and taking so much time to eat it.pls advice me what to do for it.

A. Hi Mom Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food Wash hands often before touching your baby Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Take a good care of your baby
