#AskTheExpert I had my copper t removed in Feb after which I had my cycle after 35 days and thereafter I have not had my periods..it's already 40days post that.. the home pregnancy test also came negative.. need suggestions.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well if thr UPT is negative then not an issue. try yo lose weight. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
