#AskTheExpert I feed my 3 month old child with both BM & FM. Kindly suggest me which lactation powder can i use to increase my BM supply? And also are there any side effects of these lactation Powder/supplement??

Give adequate feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holdimg your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
