#AskTheExpert I delivered baby in month of may, what will be my menstrual cycle post it, should the days be counted from day of delivery to 28 days or should a delay be expected

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding then ur periods will be delayed .. but u should use contraception even if you are not having periods so as to avoid unwanted pregnancy
