#asktheexpert i am gaining lots of weight in lockdown....how i control on it?

A. Hi Try to start Exercise like walking for 30 to 45 minutes daily Add protein rich lean foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd in your meals Avoid sugar , sweets, fried foods, bakery & junk foods Sleep well & take plenty of water
