#AskTheExpert I am due in May. North Indian summers are very harsh and sweaty. I wanted to know what optimal room temperature is recommended for the room with New born baby during day and night? Can we use Air conditioners or split ac ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can use ac. There is no problem in that. Maintain the temperature between 24 - 26 degrees. Cover ur baby properly. Also give fresh air to ur baby. It is also very important. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months.
