A. Hello good morning !! Have balanced diet small quantities 4-5 meals which helps in easy digestion particularly in third trimester. For haemoglobin have iron rich foods fruits and vegetables pomegranate,grapes,carrot ,beet root,figs,,prunes,raisins,dates ,dates syrup,dates powder with milk,jaggery,fish. Have more water which is more important..
