starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest.
you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac.
also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.
banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits.
potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good evening please don't give now. For water or juice any other food your baby should have completed six months. This is because only milk provides all the necessary nutrients. And early solid foods will lead to stomach ups.
