Q.

how to introduce solids to 6 months old baby, which food should to be given, quantity, frequency, which pulses, which fruits,, should be give water to baby, and how much?

A. if child has completed six months. try to give dal ka Pani or rice water or formula may be only 100 ml 3-4 times per day initially then increase slowly. after seven months completion. start semi solid meals like khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables

A. U Should give water to the child about 60 to 80 ML on an every day basis you can give more than that but at least minimum of 60 to 80 ML should be given apart from that also would like to tell you rise on what I should be given twice a day for at least 3 to 4 days then you go ahead with vegetable purée and fruit can be introduced from the very beginning then you can go for a different variety of vegetables soups and Suji items like Upma Kheer porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all these things can also be given
