#asktheexpert solids have started for my 7 month babies (adjusted age 6 month).want to know the frequency and quantity of food to be given in 1 day & a proper schedule

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom there is no hard and fast rule for that u can give three or four meals in a day along with some snacks and along with breastmilk or formula milk to the child u can start with few spoons And then gradually increase it
