A. Hello To reduce weight, you can 1. Include lot of Vegetables, Sprout, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits. & nuts 2. Avoid sugar, sweets and, chocolates,, sugary foods, rice, bakery products 3. Dri k plenty of water & sleep well 4. exercise daily
