Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if you want to increase the breast milk it is better to take a healthy diet with all kinds of nutrients take plenty of liquids and high fibre and also give breastfeeding in a correct position

Try Having lactation supplements they should hopefully increase your lactation because that’s the only way to increase lactation apart from that natural things is going to be fennel and cumin seeds water regularly and do you should I would amount of liquid and fibre rich diet
