ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself
but along with this mother should also take proper nutrition along with adequate water intake
