#asktheexpert How to handle 6 months food and breastfeeding?

A. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby complete 6 months and not give baby any food till then and if BM is not sufficient you can be giving infant formula milk as an alternative using babyhug bottle.. also you can start with one meal to start with and then give the breastfeeding and then slowly increase the frequency and the quantity which would be good for the baby growth
