A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. stay hydrated. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

A. This is mostly due to weakness in the body so if you want you can take calcium supplement for at least six months after your delivery along with that it is also going to be good enough if you can manage to get a test done for deficiency of vitamin B12 and D3 along with that get yourself tested for arthritis as wellWrite Your Answer Here
