#AskTheExpert how much water quality required for 8 months old baby because now a days my potty gets hard..is it due to low water intake??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there is no specific quantity of water give adequate water depending on the needs Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
