#AskTheExpert Hie I have delivered a baby in november last year by c section but tried for normal for 9 hrs.. doctors have inserted their hand inside my vagina many times.. I think because of that my vagina has become loose.. I not able to hold urine.. please tell any medication that can help..

A. it may be due to cystocele which is that your urinary bladder may have been prolapsed you can consult with the surgeon to check for it and decide accordingly kegels exercise is beneficial in this case

All of this pressure and stretching means your weakened pelvic muscles may be unable to contract in order to hold or stop urine leakage.
