#asktheexpert hie doc my son is 1yr 7 months he has almost got all the teath of different sizes, but the issue is he has black scales in lower tooth from when it's erupted and past few days I observed even upper teeth sides are developing scales or black patches. what should I do

Don’t worry when the permanent teeth are going to come things are going to be more sorted in the initial time sometimes these things can happen and a bit of gapping is normal because actually the permanent teeth are much broader so they have better space to grow and so that’s normal
