ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no gripe water, dont give it, for the discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops

Take a good care of your baby ml
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
