Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give Tulsi water for at least two months to the baby to develop immunity. You can also give 1 teaspoon of honey daily to the baby for increasing immunity. Try to keep the baby warm at all times. You can put thermal and warm clothes on baby. If the temperature is too low in your area then you can use heater. You can also give indirect steam to the baby twice a day. Bathe the baby with lukewarm water   Thanks and take care
