Even my son was suffering from cold and kaffa for first three months, we started to give him vaja/vasa kommu/vasambu once in a week. After giving that he used to vomit the kaffa formed inside, eventually he got rid of it and from then no cold or cough problem. he is completing alright also this aids digestion and treats stomache problems. U can take ur elders advice or check in YouTube or Google for more information on how to use it.

pls start steam and spray for nasal block. More detailed information and also a proper examination can  make sure if this is of concern or not so I would hence advise to do the need ful for the same .
