#AskTheExpert hi madam, I have c section still I can't have periods it's normal ? and after c sec I had periods 2 months. last 3 month not bleeding ?? normal or not

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well it takes time ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. almost everyone who is fully breastfeeding their babies will be free of menstrual periods for 3 – 6 months or longer. This is called lactational amenorrhea.
