#asktheexpert Hi, is it ok to massage new born baby girl twice/thrice a day with baby oil. Also, is mustard oil good for new born baby's head?

you can do massage twice a day during wibters, and using mustard oil is akso a good choice for yiur baby during cold winters.

Rakhi PMom of 2 children10 months agoA. Hi dear, for ages mustard oil has been used to massage the baby. However depending on the weather conditions we need to adjust the oil we use for babies. I have used mustard for my child but gradually shifted to Johnson's Baby oil for head to toe massage and regular application on hair as well. It's super mild and gentle on skin. the best part is it's non sticky so can be used in all seasons.
