#AskTheExpert hi doctor my 31/2 month old look into my eyes and smiles 15 to 20 times daily is it normal or should I be concerned that she doesn't smile often also she smiles only after the first hour of feeding. My brother in laws child of same age of 10 days older often smiles at strangers and mine doesn't smile at strangers but do look at them.

A. Hello mom every baby is different so not to worry , as far as she is active enough for his age and also taking his feed well and growing gradually not to worry
