#AskTheExpert hi doctor m not able to produce enough milk due to which my child is suffering.. i feed him for 3-4hrs from one side as the other side is hurting due to cracks n soreness.. m planning to start lactogen 1.. is it safe.. my new born is 17days old

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom For some women it takes time to produce milk not to worry just massage your breast regularly after every feed and take proper healthy diet before baby feee time also if required only then take support of formula milk
