#asktheexperts Hi sir my baby is 2m 20 days old. And I m not able to produce enough milk to feed my baby .what I should do. Kindly suggest me.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. have lots of fluids and water.
if breast milk supply is still not sufficient, then you can give formula to your baby.
