#AskTheExpert - Hi Doctor, I had c section last month and post that I didn't take much rest and helping in house hold chores. earlier ( post surgery)I do not have backache but it started developing now. what should I do now or whether this pain will be persistent for lifetime.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. if you have receiving section and if you have not taken proper rest do not worry now you can just take a healthy diet for yourself start doing some gradual exercises
