#asktheexpert Hi Doc Is Maningococal Vaccine or Monectra mandatory to be given to kids? My son is 13 years old .

A. It is an optional Vaxine. However, if you plan to send your child abroad for education purposes, it is one of the mandatory vaccines. You can anyway give it as there are no side-effects.

A. As of now no plans to send abroad . Can this vaccine be taken later by him if required? Also please suggest any shampoo and face cream for teenager boys.He has started having small pimples on his fore head and nose area. Also what can be done smelly underarms ? Is it also required for adults like us 43 years old?
