he does understand 2 to 3 simple command lyk take it,wear shoes,come here,let's go etc.he does not know any object name but he knows the usage of it....

my 3.2 years old daughter had suddenly started coughing since morning. she has no runny nose ..just coughing and that is also not very frequent but I wanted to know the precaution I should take. please help

Hello ma’am Whatever you have mentioned apart from that do check if your child is making a proper eye contact or responding to its name as that also a must. If all these things are not happening then your child is having either autism or delayed age growth so in that case it would be advisable for you to consult a child specialist and a psychologist to make sure what is the issue and if anything is there like this and immediately start with homoeopathic treatment as well because the treatment is going to really help your child to you know become better with time and age
