#asktheexpert Hello sir My baby boy is 1 year old.his testicals are reddish and little swelling.he is facing pain and irrigation from yesterday. kindly confirm is it a diaper rashes or any other.we applied coconut oil and Himalayas baby powder.attaching pic fyi.kindly suggest what to do

apply any good quality rash cream or Coconut oil at least 3 times a day.
clean the genital area with plain water only and no wipes.
avoid putting diaper for few days.
consult with your pediatrician once if not cured with in 2 days.
