#AskTheExpert Hello sir. I just wanted to ask that my 3 year old daughter often tells about her pain in legs in the evening time and some times she cries also. Isit a growing pain or it may be a vitamin D deficiency. please guide sir.

A. keep your kid well hydrated ,encourage the child to take more water during his or her play time, You can give relief by doing massage legs with mustard oil . You an give syp Ostocalcium b 12 . If the problem remains throughout the day n affects his or her daily activities, consult a pediatrician to evaluate hb level, vit d levels.. Etc. For proper evaluation n treatment.
