I had the same problem , it happens when ur bile acid level goes up. 
stop oily spicy food. 
med you mentioned..is the right one but take after consulting doc. my doc gave me the same 3 times a day (max dose)
 I dis everything coco oil, aloe vera need leaves, lacto calamine

at last what helped me , delivery...after delivering the baby it vanished like magic....I cam out of labour room and itching was gone.

hi, you may try having Cetirizine 10 mg tablets. My gynaecologist recommended same when I had this issue, that time I was 7 months pregnant.

it can be because of hormonal changes, Apply fresh aloe vera gel to the affected skin for 15 to 20 minutes, do apply ice cube also.. to get instant relief, further  it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Hi mom 
Itching is very much normal in pregnancy. 
We  cannot give medicine until prescribed by the gynecologist as u are pregnant. 
U Can take cetrazine only if prescribed by the doctor to get relief from itching
