A. Consult your doctor today its self and she will ask you to get liver function test done. That is very necessary because sometimes it will be emergency conditions during pregnancy weight the liver enzymes will be elevated and the main symptom for that condition is itchingWrite Your Answer Here

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
