Similarly, type of problem happened to me. Post-delivery you need to take proper rest and once consultant your doctor. Maybe you are having calcium, iron, or Vitamin D deficiency which I had postpartum.
And for tummy use belly belt or do exercise like hold you breathe, and then push your tummy inside, which I was suggested by my doctor.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it ja very normal after pregnancy and you should evaluate yourself with your doctor and ask for food supplement and vitamins. lso have soaked nuts early in the morning.
