#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, I want to ask with fitness routine post delivery. I am blessed with a baby girl, 3 months old (normal delivery) Now her sleeping routine are getting settled. can I start with exercises and join gym for fitness. also suggest few exercises. please guide

A. I think wait for 6months iz best for exercise

A. ok cOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hello you can slowly start with walking excercise slowly and do as per the comfort and do not strain too much and also you can even join gym which is safe not a problem and also make sure to have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet
