#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor I gave birth to a baby boy in the month of October through c-section. Evry month i am getting periods regularly and it ends in 5 to 7 days .My concern is that i am bleeding heavily for the first 3 days . Please help me with your advice

For the first few cycles there will be heavy bleeding and also been especially after giving birth and usually after that it will get normal. SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good morning It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly
