hello doctor i am 26 week pregnant with my second expecting child had my first child through c section in October last year. i am having pain just below the middle of my chest I am worried please help π

it should be result of Indigestion or gas
please avoid overeating
take small and frequent meal
prefer to take easy to digest food items
keep your self well hydrated
