#AskTheExpert hello doc...my lo is 1 year 4 months old. I have been giving him 1 complete beatroot puree for two days and today I noticed reddish colour pee in his diaper. He eats one beatroot puree completely at once. I just to want to ask are there some side effects of giving one beatroot daily?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, since urine colour is red is only due to beetroot that baby is consuming.
You can reduce the quantity of beetroot if giving everyday. Instead of giving entire beetroot, Give half of it. So that baby's motions are well settled.
