about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
give top food 4 to 5 times a day including one or two healthy snack in between. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
